Canopy99 is a rental-management assistant for individual property owners in Malaysia. This marketing site explains the product and links to the app. It does not process rentals, payments, or agreements directly.

The product is intended for individual property owners managing their own rentals in Malaysia. It is not designed for property agents, managed agencies, or use outside Malaysia.

4. Data and privacy

5. No warranty
